Alamo Brokers of Texas has been selling businesses and commercial property in Texas since 2002, from our San Antonio headquarters and, since 2015, a second office in Waco.

We are a boutique firm by choice. Hundreds of transactions have closed through this office in Texas and nationwide, and our focus is the $1 to $10 million range — companies large enough to attract financed buyers and small enough that the owner is still the most important person in the building. Documented experience spans manufacturing, distribution, health care, logistics, construction and services.
The work is confidential by default. We do not publish client names, buyer names, sale prices or transaction details, which is why our track record is described the way it is. Everything an owner tells us is handled under confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement, and it stays that way after closing.

Stefan Lagmark
Managing Director, Broker
Nearly two decades in business and property brokerage, preceded by executive management roles with multinational corporations in the U.S. and abroad. An active IBBA member and past board member of the San Antonio chapter of TABB, he is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers and performs limited independent business valuations. Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, with an MS in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Eduardo Pina, CPA
Broker
Over 35 years in the profession, beginning at KPMG and continuing through his own accounting and tax consulting practice. He is also a licensed Texas real estate broker, which makes him unusually well suited to start-ups, business property, Section 1031 exchanges and estate planning. Advisors who work with him find they do not have to translate.
Rand Goldstein
Business Broker & Commercial Realtor
A background spanning business ownership and commercial real estate, working with owners across San Antonio and the surrounding region. He handles engagements where the operating business and the real estate have to be sold as one decision. Licensed Texas real estate professional.

Extensive international business experience, working with cross-border buyers and sellers and with Texas companies whose buyer pool extends well beyond the state. He brings a wider view of the market to engagements that would otherwise be marketed locally.
